The other thing, have the GalCiv contests been decided? I thought the winners were supposed to get their copy before the official release. (:(

The GalCiv Theme Manager contains a GalCiv WinStyles theme with a wallpaper and WB skin. It also includes the OEM versions of WB/IP/WS to apply those.

It's the same technology/packaging solution that nVidia and Nintendo offer some themes with.

I only wish the free shipping could be upgraded. Most stores allow you to upgrade and pay the difference. I tried to get 2nd day air for a few dollars more but it makes you pay the full amount if you upgrade. Too bad, I have to wait a few more days. At least Gamestop is very close to my house so it should be 3 days. :)
