I pre-ordered early September. Where's my Beta? :(

I pre-ordered through Totalgaming.net, using tokens, on September 7th. I'm sure Totalgaming KNOWS I've pre-ordered as if I go to purchase Dark Avatar again it tells me I've already purchased that item, yet Stardock doesn't seem to recognize that I've already ordered it and I haven't received any information on where to get the beta.

If you did not receive an email with your DA serial key and directions Thursday night/Friday morning, contact [email protected]. Also be sure it did not get stuck in any spam filters you may have.

Go to Stardock Central. Go to games. Under purchased games, it should have GalCiv2. Select GalCiv2, look at the drop down that appears and you should see Dark Avatar. Right click Dark Avatar, select Register Products. In the screen that pops up, click the request serial number button. It will be emailed instantly. Check your email, copy and past the code into the serial number area. Make sure you change the product from Games subscription to Dark Avatar (I had this problem). Then press update, and you should be able to download it.

I also did not recieve any email. This method worked for me.
