Governor- remove item

Hi,
This one has been mentioned before I just want to make sure its fixed.
If you add an item to the governors list and then try to remove it you can't do so directly. Double click the last item in the list and the second to last item is removed. This has been around a really long time now but it does need to be fixed.
Sure you can work around it by re-ordering the list and then remove it but its not the way it should work.
