Silverstar Holdings has taken its acquisition of Empire Interactive one step further today by acquiring an 85 percent stake in the developer. Silverstar, who already owns developer/publisher Strategy First and has a stake in Magnolia Broadband hopes to push Empire to new heights through acquisitions and investment in video game projects.
"We are pleased that the Empire transaction has been declared wholly unconditional," commented Clive Kabatznik, CEO of Silverstar Holdings.
