Installing Skin?

Well i just joined the site after seeing some amazing skins for my desktop. I am trying to add the Vista 2 skin but after i downloaded it i didnt know what to do next. Can someone plz point me in the right direction?

You are going to need Windowblinds installed to run that skin. There is a trial version available for you to check it out.

You will also see that when you are in the Gallery for whichever item you wish to download that there is a "Gallery Description" at the top which has a link to the software required for that type of file.
