Need help with skins

i got the desktop x, and a couple themes loaded one up ect, but how to i customize them to what the way i want?? like on the moonlight one in graphics tab how can i remove one for software i don't have and add new one's for software i do have ect. and also can you add new tabs and name them, ie like one for games on the moonlight one

Well Dicamillo. Moonlight would take a little bit of work to change the top bar menues. You would need DesktopX Builder for one. Second, since gef made these png's including the bar labels. You would have to be able to work with a graphics paint program to do it. Take for example the left hand menu item in moonlight - GRAPHICS. That is a single png image file which can be created in a number of different graphics programs. If you know what I'm talking about then you could make this kind of customization, if you had DesktopX Builder. Other DesktopX themes are easier to customize since labels are often just text and can be directly changed in DesktopX Builder try some of gef's other themes as well and get to know DesktopX. If you like what you see here then I'd say go buy Object Desktop the complete package. It includes everything you need to customize your desktop - except a paint or photo program. There are free ones available, I use paint.net and it's free. I hope that helps.

Hi thanks, thats helped me a lot What size do you put the .png's at is it 56x56 ?
