Megvolt there must be something wrong with your game if it's still tripping cheat flag. Make sure your exe doesn't have the cheat tag added on it. I've heard this by itself won't trip the flag as long as you don't actually use the cheats, but it's better to be safe. Otherwise you need to email or post in bug reports your problem and see what they say could be the prob..

It is not normal at all to research a tech victory right off the bat in less than ~30 turns, without researching anything else or even having your homeworld population break 10k. It appears that you have manually modified your race definition (likely granting huge natural bonuses) or other game data files to make this possible.

This is the cause of the cheat flags. If you want to play without getting the cheat flags, delete the modified .raceconfig files (if that is what you did) and only play races modfied purely by in-game means on the metaverse. If you modified any of the game's core data files, you will need to restore them to their original states or reinstall if you didn't make backups.

p.s. Trying to be a good beta volunteer has made me think maybe I should bother with the Metaverse in future b/c it is good "citizenship" to give the devs data even if you could care less about something like a "score." Given the ludicrous number of people playing this game, I bet I'm not *entirely* alone.

Listen people get framed by bugs in the system, It happened to me it can happen to anyone.
