GalCiv Alpha 3

Alpha 3 is up.

Lots of minor new features in this version. However, it is a little buggy (crash-wise). Will be looking into that tomorrow.

Maybe we made it too good, so they're too busy playing to give us any reports. :) I could put in a few more bugs into the next build. :)

The 2/25 build (alpha 3, I presume) seems to be much more stable than before. I have already
tried to re-create some of the problems I had run into before. Those where I could be certain
were fixed, I have posted with "fixed" posts. Others, where my ability to re-create is good and
the problem persists, I have not made a post to. Those that are difficult to re-create I am
still trying to get some feel for.

You caught me napping. I've just downloaded the Alpha 3 and will take time tomorrow to play it. Man! I just can't wait to fire it up and see what good stuff you've implemented this time :)
