Bundled deal Question

Hi,

I've been playing the demo and liking it. So I was thinking of buying the game. It also crossed my mind if I should go with the expansion right away but I'm hesitating because GalCivII is 39.95$ while the expansion is 29.95$. I guess what I'm saying is that 69.90$ is a bit painful. Any plans for a bundled deal? Or is there already something like that and I'm just missing it?

The other thing I noticed is that my local BestBuy seems to sell GalCivII for 29.95$. If I purchase at BestBuy, do I still get a serial number via which I can download the game (and updates)? Any other difference?

Yep.

The retail version of DA will be a GC2-DA combined package (replacing standard GC2 on the shelf), but that won't be out until February; the DA-only version for those who already have GC2 will only be available direct from us. If you're looking for the cheapest option right now, as you say some retailers are running the base game at $30 currently. DA is currently in beta, but I'm not sure if preordering now will still allow you access or if it's been closed for the time being.
