Where did my quick launch go?

HI Newbie here. I just downloaded Dexktopx and Im using the briinger theme however is need my quick launch bar so badly. What can I do?

I was unable to find a theme by that name. Link?
Did the author include a quicklaunch?
You may have to edit the theme yourself to include it.
