Here's the number 6 icon. It's the My Documents Folder.
The folder's model and texture is the same as the open folder icon.
The Addition here, is the sheet of paper.
Model:
I used rectangle shape tool to create an 85 by 110 rectangle. I then beveled it. Finally, I used the slice plane at a 45 degree angle and cut the tip in the upper right. Then, I detached it. Finally, I used the Mirror tool to flip the tip the proper direction and moved it into position.
Texture:
A modified version of the folder texture. However, I changed the colors to light blues and added an additional material to the composite to include the text. This also required using an alpha channel to preserve the shading outside the text.
Lighting:
There's also additional omni and directional lights.
