Help with Skinstudio titlebar issues

I downloaded the fabulous Jadaero 1.2 WB skin, but I have a problem. Firefox and internet explorer and a number of other programs which spawn pop up windows for any reason, the top half of the titlebar is cut off (meaning it's above the top of my screen, so I have to drag the window down). For a quick demonstration of the problem go to the ESPN.com main page, and click Go Big on the Motion menu to the right. It also happens in Yahoo news, other sites and when using Skinstudio itself.
No other skin that I have does this, including Jadaero 1.1, so presumably it's a skin problem, some value somewhere (maybe margins?) got changed to cause this. I haven't gotten a reply from the author as yet, so maybe someone who is proficient in Skinstudio can help me fix this, as I'm sure it's easy once you know what values to change. If anyone can help me help myself I'd appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
