Updated PC, and now the Machine SID doesnt match

I have updated my PC, and when I redownloaded GalCiv2, the serial number is correct (verified by email) but I still cant run it due to the error : The product appears to be validated, but the serial number or the machine SID dont match.

Any help appreciated.
