LogonStudio wont work with any skins from themes

So, I lost net at my house, so I am at a friends house downloading tons of themes. LogonStudio will not accept any file from a .suite becuase it says it cannot find the Theme.ini file. Any help?

logon studio puts logons in a different place than theme manager.

I opened the .suite files in PowerArchiver and just installed the files from there. It works, but its clunky. But, hey, all in a day.
