Problem with suites

how come most of the suites i download are only 114k and only contain the .suite file but nothing that goes along with it like the wallpaper, the window blinds etc(when you go into the advanced install) its just the suite file and i doing anything wrong? or are these just busted links with busted themes?

Put the file into Theme Manager and then apply theme, Theme manager will finish the download for you. I hope this helps.
