Game won't install

Always freezes at 98% completion

Just got the game for Christmas. Unfortunately, every time I tried to install it, it froze at 98% and stoped responding. This was when I was trying to instal it from my DVD drive. I then (don't ask me why) tried installing it from my CD-ROM drive instead. From there, it always froze at 92% and an error came up saying there was faulty instilation media or a corupt file.

Do I need to return the game to the store or is there something I can do about this?

You can download and install Stardock Central from this site. It's in the Downloads section.

Then you can register the game and download/install the complete game from SDC.
One nice thing about doing it that way is that you will get the latest version of the game installed.

You may have a bad disc, happens on occasion. Good news is if you have a highspeed connection and your serial number, you can just download the entire game with Stardock Central and not worry with the disc.
