Altarian Diplomacy static

from GalCiv2 Forums
Noticed Altarian Leader no longer moving in the diplomacy screen since beta 2a and same in beta 2b and showing static picture now.

Did anyone else notice this or is this a local problem?

I already reinstalled DL but same result

What you see is just a cardboard cut out, Mr. Netro is off making more of those 'holoprograms' you like so much!

What i mean is that Altarian Leader looks like the minors do (not moving).

It used to look ok before but since beta2a it looks like this.
