Please Help Maximization Problem

I installed DesktopX on my computer and it gave me a problem with my maximization. my windows don't recognize the task bar and maximizes completely over the task bar. Please help. I have uninstalled DesktopX but nothing has happened.

rightt click the taskbar > properties
put a check next to 'keep the taskbar on top of other windows'

fyi
a lot of DTX themes hide the bar and then supplement with a dtx replacement
this can be overridden in dtx configuration
