Human Head Studios Headless

Human Head Studios has lost their head, Tim Gerritsen , whom was part of the development house's founding members along with Chris Rhinehart, Shane Gurno, Ben Gokey, James Sumwalt, Ted Halsted and Paul MacArthur. Gerritsen, Human Head's former CEO, left the company before Thanksgiving on "amicable" terms even though he stated in a phone interview that he left the company due in part because the other owners wished to take the firm in a direction different than his own. President Paul MacArthur will now take over the role of interim CEO for Human Head.

Human Head Studios has not announced a new project since completing their work on Prey. 3DRealms, who also worked on the project, has stated that there will be a sequel. Gerritsen on the other hand has already stated that he wishes to stay in the game industry but would not reveal any specific plans.
