Cant make any change on docks like its locked

i tried restart & reinstall

from Stardock Forums
but it wont do it i can i change it? help....

Try right clicking the dock...go to "view" and see if "lock Icon dragging" is checked.

It Isnt and still i cant change its like locked on to this platform i cant add docklets or remove one

nothing special i just right clicking on a dock pressing properties and then change icon and it happens but when i restart my computer the last icon comes back
i tried reinstalling but it comesback with the new

Copy/paste this info into Start > Run... %userprofile%/Local Settings/Application Data/Stardock

Now delete all folders named Object Dock or Object Dock Plus.

Then try to change an icon and restart/logoff to see if it's working correctly.
