Wow!! Things have changed dramatically since I left. Sorry to hear that. I dont understand why you cant get bulk rates from the USPO. Back in the day all you needed was your business license and a few thousand in prepaid meters.

Yeah I was shocked at the $30 increase to $80. Who cares though, the regular DD version is only $50, so it's up to you if you think it is worth it.
