Crash on scenario

Okay, everytime I try to start the Unlimited Power scenario, it crashes before loading the scenario. I tried on more than one PC, using the latest beta build of dark avatar, and the same scenario occurs.
Of course, I want to make a MASSIVE fleet to crush all my opponents, but without this option (right now...) I cannot make my massive warfleet.

It loads fine in the latest (non-public) version.

It's the same with other scenarios. Perhaps a little upgrade to the public Beta?
