It sucks to skin...there are 3 different sizes(you can use the smallest on all 3 if you like),it has to be a square image because its an animation(even tho the field it sits on is rectangular),It wont use transparency so you cant blend it into the toolbar(it gets its "field"color from the top left pixel of the image),it dosnt even show when you change skins unless you restart explorer.

I used to use Throboff,just to get rid of it,but now I skin it just for completeness.  

Has anyone ever tried to use a transparent gif there?I need to try that on my next WB.

Yes, I.R, I give it a go. hope you find out about the transparent giff (id tell you, but im not good at gifs yet)

okay, gave it a go, and i didnt do too bad!! i brought up my documents and took a snapshot of it, then cut out the flag with enough rebar to paste over it. so i separated the two, and pasted the bit of rebar over the image, then sent the image to the 3 sizes and it worked out perfectly! so thanks I.R.....you complete me.....hahhaha.
