Is there a way for me to save my entire theme/settings?

Hello,
With much help from people here (and even more gratitude) I've put together a theme that I'm really loving. It is not a suite, so there is something different for the login, the WindowsBlind, and so on.
Is there a way I can save this theme so if I play around with something else I can easily return to what I currently have? If so, what do I need to do?
