Why does my hubby keep the empty toilet paper roll on our towel holder?

Does he use them as periscopes when he's on the loo?

The trash is right under the sink. Why can't he dispose of them? Are they sentimental?

I think between hubbies and children doing this act, they are in cahoots. They must know something we mothers and wives just do not tap into. Just like not knowing the recipe for "ice".

What exaclty IS the recipe for ice anyway?

Jo Ann used to ask me this same question. I had absolutely no answer for it. But them she had no answer for why she always left the kitchen cabinet door open so I'd smack my head on it when I walked in there in the dark. I know she loves me so I won;t consider it was in revenge for the toilet paper roll

We males are pretty much a thoughtless bunch when it comes to these little daily chores. It isn't that we don't want to; we just simply don't think about it. Give us a break ladies, we can't help it our brains are in neutral most of the time

Toilet paper rolls make fabulous kazoos, telescopes, periscopes, swords (if you have enough), trumpets, and can even be used for homemade fireworks. In fact, they are just so darn useful that it is almost a sin to throw one out before the perfect use comes to mind.

I am sure that is it.

Toilet paper rolls are also good for hamsters, gerbils, mice and rats to play in, on and chew up. 


It's not just husbands, kids are bad about it as well.
