I listen to music from Galactic Civilizations II even when I'm not playing (by the way, thanks for having it as accessible MP3s; that really helps. 
). But the music has no ID3 tags, and I don't know anything about it other than the file names.
Does anyone know who composed it, what the actual titles are (other than, say, "losing01"), and such?
