Question Regarding GalCivII, DA, and Gold Edition

I have a question.

I own the Collectors Edition of GalCivII and wondered if I bought the Gold Edition at a local store if DA will work with my original GalCivII version?

Meaning; can I simply install the DA part of the Gold version with my current version of GalCivII and have it work with no problems and have all my Collectors Edition extras work?

Thanks

You can simply install GC2:Gold over top, then run the CE enabler again if need be.

Collector's Edition Enabler?

Shouldn't the CE parts be standard in Dark Avatar like they are now in 1.4X?

I too am going from GC2CE to Gold

Hi,

I have another question about Gal Civ I and II.

If I purchase the cd version can these games be played without the cd in the computer? If I downloaded them would I be able to play them on other computers besides the one I downloaded them to. I hav'n't purchased any yet.

GalCiv I, GalCiv II, and Dark Avatar do not require discs in to play. You are also permitted to install on two computers at once if you own them both. Downloaded copies can be archived with Stardock Central, burned to CD/DVD or put on a USB drive, then installed elsewhere.
