Minor bug that has been there since the beginning

That one frame of white that flashes when the Yor viewscreen animation loops.

I know that this is minor, but it has bugged me since GC2 came out and has never been fixed. I figured that since there would need to be new animations this would be fixed, but it wasn't.

I thought the animation (the "flash") was intentional, could be wrong. Like a spark of electricity (since they're sentient robots)
