Debug file for three other threads - and lots of other errors indicated in file.

This is my first run at the 2/19/2002 build. There are so many errors indicated in the debug
file that I decided to just send it all under one thread, except for the very exceptional other
three threads I just created: 1) Crash on exit at ..... on quit from main menu. 2). Suddenly I
have two mockingbirds .... 3). GalCiv does not go to sleed when minimized.

OOOPPPSSS. No attach option. How to I get this debug file to you guys? I will send a note
with it to Brad for now and I will preserve it just in case it gets lost. Let us know of a
better way. Thanks.

Let's not worry about debug files right now. Mainly let's stick with things that actually crash or other reportable bugs. The debug file is just that - for debugging. If there is a reported bug, then we can possibly look at the debug file.
