Ability to pay off leases mid to late game wanted

How about it? Do governments pay off debts or do they default? Would this be too much detail for the game?

Tell you what, I'll add it to my list and we'll revisit it when it's time to talk about adding more new stuff. :)

For anyone who doesn't know, I keep a running list of all suggestions, etc. I need to catch up here on the forums, so if you have a suggestion that was not replied to by an employee of Stardock, you might want to bump it. :)
