If I choose the digital download option and buy DA through digital download. Can I download it again free, if I uninstall?

Yes.

Once you purchase a game or application from Stardock you can always download it again simply by installing the Stardock Central program. As long as you remember your email address you purchased the goods with you can always request a serial no reminder. Just enter those details into the SDC program and you can then d/l the application/game again.

What if I buy through download option, install in a computer, and upgrade to another computer? Can I install the game on the new computer through the previously downloaded files, without having to download it again?

Yes.

You'll just need to redownload it via Stardock Central, or archive the game and re-activate it.
