Type - Crash To Desktop Bug Report
Severity - 4 Minor
Repro - Non Reproducable 100%

There seems to be a potential crash to desktop on the race creation screen that occurs when you click the party display box. No events in the log to indicate a major crash.

Repro change - 100% Repro

Steps to reproduce
1) Play a bit of a game
2) Go out to the main menu and start a new game
3) click on the display party information button
4) click the button to dismiss the dialog box
5) observe crash
