Installation Problems

Hello,I recently bought the expansion pack but can't get it to install. I uninstalled it a couple of months back and reinstalled it for the xpac. I recently bought the version online but cant get the xpac installed. I can't even retrieve my old serial number because its registered under another email address thats no longer active. is there anyway for me to still install it or have I essentially lost my money? Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Log onto that account on the forum, go to the My Account link at the top of the page, then to Stardock Account. Reconfirm your login and you'll be able to change the email address and other details associated with that account if you so desire.

If you haven't already registered your new DA serial to a different address, you can then try registering it to the account that has your GC2 serial on it (an account must have BOTH in order to allow downloading of DA). If you already have registered it to another account, you will need to contact [email protected] and request an account merge.
