Sierra Entertainment has announced that Mad Doc Software will be continuing the Empire Earth franchise with Empire Earth III set for release this fall. The third title in the million selling RTS series promises to redefine RTS gaming "with its ability to capture the entire scope of the globe and give it to the hands of the player."
The Empire Earth franchise is known for allowing players to take control of a nation from the ancient world to the distant future. This tactic enables players to truly conquer the globe, spanning eons of play. To top it off Empire Earth III will allow continuous free-form gameplay, allowing players to carry over units from one battle to the next.
