Yor killed off but still in the game?...

The Yor were wiped from the universe some time ago (eons) so i found it interesting that many civilizations where still at war with them. I figured it was a harmless bug until i received a notice that they just built a wonder! I am using the most updated version (1.2)

The Alterians just offered to "trade" technologies.... they were willing to trade from their side RANGER Technology but where asking for nothing from my side. Shouldn't they have offered that as a gift and not a trade?
