Creativity & Luck?

1. What techs does the creative pick let you get?
2. Does luck only factor into special events? If so, are the events the static ones or the ones where you can choose the outcome (morality)?

So far, out of three games played with it, I have had no noticeable effect from choosing the "Creative" ability at game start.

Ditto. The description *seems* to imply that some techs are only available to creative races... but I haven't been able to confirm that.

But is it the four-armed Psilons of MoO1, the two-armed Psilons of MoO2 or the gravchair-riding, waldo-wielding Psilons of MoO3?
