systray not loaded something or other

It takes away my menu bar

When I load a different desktop other than the default through desktopx, It removes the whole start menu and bar ans system tray. what is the problem???

There are a few options, the most likely is the theme you loaded doesn't have them. What theme are you using? The name and link would be most helpful.
