SD_Lauchbar won't run after re-boot

I LOVE SD_Launchbar_2.091, but when I reboot, it will not re-appear. I can see it in the windows task manager (and kill it) but I cannot access it anywhere. I am using DesktopX 3.2.

Someone Please help me figure this out because I have loaded SD_launchbar will all my apps and shorts cuts twice now.

Notes:
XP Media Center SP2
Many other widgets run fine
Plenty of RAM available
Has run correctly in the past. Only dies when I must restart the computer.
I have tried looking for the launchbar.set file, but cannot find it

many thanks to anyone who can help!

It might be off the screen.
Open DXBuilder and then open the list of objects.
Move the x,y of the main object onto your screen. Export it an see what happens on next reboot.

Zubaz - excellent idea. I did not know The List objects report existed. However, SD_launchbar does not appear in the list. Task Manager IS showing that it is running. I shut it down, and restarted, but still no SD_Launchbar or anything close.

Any other ideas. I am actively looking for another Launch widget / object that is more reliable.

Can anyone tell me what a gadget is?

pinhead, you need to close i via taskman.  Load DXbuilder.  Import the widget/object, THEN check the x,y.

Give that a shot.

object - needs desktopx running in order to work

widget - doesn't need dtx running, but does need dtx to installed in order to work

gadget - self comtained - doesn't need dtx installed in order to work

OK . .one more time (with feeling)

In taskman, end task
Run DXbuilder.exe
Import the widget
List objects (by right clicking on teh DXbuilder icon in the systray)
Change the x, y coordinates to 320, 256
Export the widget with a new name

Unload DXBuilder by right clicking on the icon

Run the new widget

Report back

Thanks Jingles (I still haven't checked my mail yet, though - but I wasn't ignoring you).

I'm downloading it and will give it a shot later to see what I can see.
