Button 1 and Button 2 in the ini file control the month section (backwards and forwards) and they should be sticking to TODAY'S date ......mine always does.......unless of course you have accidently clicked another date other than todays date, and all you have to do to fix that is just click the correct date, and the event square will go back to todays date. This is my small knowledge of this subject, I hope I have helped in someway.

Are you asking if there is a button command that will always bring you back to
the " Current month " instead of Right clicking on Rainy and selecting " Current month" (home) ?

Well my plan is to put the prev and next arrows/buttons on either side of the month name and using the month name to return to the current date rather than having an actual button to click on. I was just thinking about making a completely transparent button, but I was just wondering if there was an easier way :-/

I think thats a good idea..have you worked it out ?
I like the idea of clicking on the month with button hidden.
I usually just set up a hot key Shift/M to return to current month..but thats set up through the Rainlendar Config and is unique to each computer - your way would be better.
