Update Change Logs

Looked through the forums here.. found a couple change logs for previous releases. Anyone know if there's a change log file for the updates either on the web or downloaded with the update? I'm one of the few peeps who actually read them (Usually because I like to see what new stuff is there and if any bugs I had might have been fixed).

The change logs are posted in the Dev Journals section. If they aren't posted there, then they generally aren't posted anywhere.
