Why do i keep having this error when i apply my new log-on skin and logout to see if it works?? and it doesn't, because of the error... please help.!!

do you get a Runtime error?....what line does it say?.......maybe you're using a jpeg instead of a bmp.....lots of reasons....give us the error name/line number and someone will be able to identify the problem for you...
