(Imagine fingers doing bunny ears, then pointing forward for headlights, then a closed fist for squish... and that's how you perform it.)

Dammit, sugar, you took my idea! I was going to start a series of articles on "short attention span" book, movie, music reviews! Now that blows several of the books out of the water...lol!

Cell by Stephen King: Phone crazies. Combustibles remain. Carnage ensues.

Sor Juana's Second Dream by Alicia Gaspar Alba: She's a lesbian. Get over it.

Rayuela (Hopscotch) by Julio Cortázar: Consciousness is a stream of consciousness is a stream of . . . (bit longer than six words, but I just needed that last little bit)

Buffy, Season Eight by Joss Whedon: Buffy lives! Kicks ass, takes names.

Backlash by Susan Faludi: Bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch! (Just kiddin'. I freaking love that book. Every one of you, go out and get it. Now. That's an order.)

hehe... so sorry. Dare I say, "Great minds etc. crazy minds too."

Bonus points if you can name every book I summarized.

And San... the Buffy one is perfect!

I guessed three of them straightaway: LOTR, Harry Potter and Hitchhikers Guide. The other two seem less obvious (maybe because I've not read them or maybe because you've condensed them so well).

I love this idea but am having a hard time putting any together.

The other, kids travel across universes, meet Dust, will soon be a movie (also fantasy) though there has been some controversy about it.

I think San Chonino has given them away. I've heard about the movie 'Wrinkle In Time' and remember something about 'Willow' from years ago. I've not read either story, though.

Willow was a great movie, I highly recommend if you enjoy fantasy...sorry, preferred to watch movie, didn't read the book! I've also heard about Wrinkle in Time, I thought it was already out?

Wrinkle in Time is incorrect. Willow, however, is correct.

The controversy about the movies: Some people were upset that the movie makers were going to leave the God character out.

Piper Perabo wrote a fantasy novel? I never knew!
