Credit Card problems

Anyone else having trouble getting the order system to accept their credit card details ? I keep getting details are incorrect or transaction denied even though I know for sure the details are correct..

I also notice the state field is not carried across in the billing/shipping info ( I live in australia, I assume this is a problem for any non US countries )

I had the same problem a few hours ago, but I kept retrying and it got through. Maybe VeriSign server are overloading too or something.
