Activation

I don't understand why I'm having so much trouble trying to get the download for Galciv 2 activated. I need a little held, I don't eve know where to go. I get email back from SD with no acativation code on it. I did everything I know, even contacted the help, but I still get nothing. Can anyone help me here?

AFAIK the reply should have a file attached, not another code to be typed in. Are you sure there was not an attachment?

If the activation failed it would have specifically said so.
