Desktop X to windows blinds

I found a desktop x theme that I really really like and was wondering if any skinners out there could convert it from desktop x to windows blinds. I can't seem to find anything close to this skin for windows blinds,

Sorry but "convert it from desktop x to windows blinds" is impossible. The single way - to create new skin for WindowBlinds.
