Need help with skins

I have windows xp and i am trying to change my skin to another WindowBlinds skin. When I select the skin and click apply, it just turns my desktop to windows classic. Can anyone tell me why it may not be working right?

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on System Information. Copy/paste that info here.

First are you using a trial version?
Next open the Windowblinds configuration window and select View my system Information & copy & paste that information here. And which OS are you using?

Yes i am running a trial version. I am running it on Windows XP.

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.5 (build 93 x86)) - Shareware

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

That's what would be expected to happen after the trial period ends, I believe. When did you first install it?

5.5 at the least, would have 50 days left - it showed up on download.com on the 11th.

However, if you had 5.1 or previous installed before... I'm guessing a new version won't work for you = as Daiwa pointed out your times could be up.
