Can You Do That On Home Basic?

Hey you guys,

I have vista home basic and i have hacked it to look like home premium (i don't know if i needed to hack it but i did it the hard way)but my question is......
Can you hack home basic so you get the aero thingy on it?
I don't want to buy home premium or ultimate but i want it to look like it.
