Vista Sidebar Background Color or Image

I must be missing something easy. How do I change the Vista sidebar's (with all the gadgets) background color or picture. Mine is black. I'd like it to be transparent if possible. Thanks.

Sidebar Styler to make and apply different sidebars.

Thanks. I wasn't looking for more sidebar gadgets. I did download Sidebar Styler and found a few .wsstyles files to install. It seems a bit buggy to me. I installed one style but I couldn't change to another style file and had to uninstall Sidebar Styler to get back to my original state.
