Collectors Edition ship parts in GalCiv II Gold Edition?

I just recently purchased GalCiv II Gold Edition. I love the game and was thinking about using some of the great ship packs available in the Library but noticed that many require the Collector's Edition ship parts. Are the Collector's Edition ship parts included in the Gold Edition?
