Bonus Pack did not install correctly !

As a beta tester I desinstalled yesterday the old package and downloaded all the new stuff. But the bonus pack deinstallation resulted in an error. I let SDC set the bonus pack to uninstalled status and then downloaded the bonus pack again. SDC shows now Bonus Pack as installed, BUT I believe thats not true.

My production XML defining the installation (located in D:\SDCentral\data\public\gc1\Production\gc1_bonuspak.xml) shows the following:

Thats all.


My beta XML file shows much more (located in the BETA rather in than in the production folder)!
(like excalibur.mdl, etc....)

Now checking in my GalCiv directory there is NO trace of the files mentioned in the beta XML thing. Therefore I guess that the bonus pack is NOT installed correctly.

BTW, uninstalling and installing Bonus Pack does always result in the same situation.


Any suggestions ?

Pat says to delete the stuff in your stardock central temp directory and then hit refresh application data and try installing the bonus pack again

Is therer any difference between the bonus pack 1.01 which is downloaded seperatly and the sdc version (1.0.002)?
